About me & why I coach
Fitness has been a passion of mine since childhood. I grew up playing a range of sports and discovered my love for athletics at just five years old - a passion that led me to represent New Zealand in the 400m and 800m at an Oceania level.
Over time, I’ve developed a strong foundation in both strength training and running. But beyond the physical side, I’ve learned the importance of balance. I’ve worked full-time 8–5 while still training and coaching others, and that experience taught me how challenging it can be to stay consistent when life gets hectic.
I’m also a qualified Personal Trainer and hold a Bachelor of Business (BBus), which gives me the knowledge and skills to design safe, effective, and tailored programs while understanding the realities of busy, professional lives.
That’s why I coach, to help others find the same sense of structure, strength, and self-belief that fitness has given me. My approach is all about making training work for real life: realistic routines, achievable goals, and long-term results.
For me coaching isn’t just about improving fitness, it’s about helping people move better, feel confident, and thrive in every part of life.
